Early Career Guidance
Not built yet — and what goes in it depends on who asks.
The idea: recurring sessions for the part nobody writes guides about — your first months on a team, what your manager is actually measuring, how to pick work that gets you promoted, and how to ask for things without burning goodwill.
I haven't turned it into an offering because "guidance" means five different things to five different people, and I'd rather scope it around real requests than guess. So this page is a waitlist, not a coming-soon sign.
Roughly what I have in mind
If it ships, it looks like this
- A recurring 30-minute session, monthly or biweekly, on whatever is live for you that week
- Reading the room: what your performance cycle rewards versus what it says it rewards
- Picking projects with visible scope, and writing them up so the impact is legible at review time
- The awkward conversations — raises, changing teams, pushing back on a deadline, leaving well
Cadence and price aren't set. Telling me what you'd want, and what it would be worth to you, is genuinely how that gets decided.

Tell me what you'd want help with
No charge and no commitment. I'll email you once if this becomes a real offering, and if it doesn't, you'll hear nothing else from me.
This opens a prefilled email. Send it as is and I'll take it from there.
In the meantime
Things that exist today
The full-time life guide is free and covers the first-year version of this. If something is urgent — an offer decision, a review conversation next week — the 15-minute intro call is free and I'm happy to spend it on that.
